If you wish to return an item you can do so within 28 days of purchase. We will not accept any refunds or exchange (unless faulty) without your receipt.
Please note: sale items are non-returnable. Whilst our changing room is closed due to COVID-19, we will be happy to exchange any sale items within 14 days.
The item must be in its original unworn condition with tags intact to be returned, or you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. Please note we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following items; underwear, swimwear, jewellery, strip lashes and adhesive.
If you are returning an item via post we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage and/or tracking as any items lost on return will not be the responsibility of Penny’s Boutique LTD. You must ensure the item you wish to return is received by us within the 28 day policy period. Any items that are received outside of the 28 days will not be eligible for a refund/exchange.
Any items which are found to be faulty will be exchanged or refunded along with the postage fee for any standard mail or first class mail delivery, we do not offer pre-paid returns.
Once we have received your item and this has been processed please allow up to 5 working days for any funds to be available in your account. Funds will be returned via the same payment method that was made for the original purchase.

We ask that you take great care when trying on items, as we cannot accept returns on items marked from beauty products, creams or any other visible marks will not be accepted.
All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch.
